Leveraging almost 20 years of property management experience, we started Book It Vacation Rentals to support owners on their real estate investment adventures and give guests exceptional vacation experiences. Based in Seattle, we manage properties both locally and far beyond, specializing in unique and interesting properties guests will love.

Meet Jordan, our Administrative Supervisor. Jordan leads the team in managing administrative tasks such as guest inquiries, booking appointments, preparing leasing agreements, and handling rent payments, request and track guest reviews. He coordinates with vendors for repairs and manages claims insurances. With a client-centric approach, we ensure a seamless experience, striving for excellence in every aspect of administrative support.
