When we take on a new property, we work with each owner individually to determine which services from our portfolio will provide the most value for you. Based on your unique needs, you can choose from the following packages—or custom-build a solution as needed.

Individualized Pricing to Fit Your Needs
Book Your Consultation
Send us an email or give us a call so we can get to know each other. Once we have the scope of your needs we can create a specialized contract just for you.
On-Boarding
Once the contract is signed we start the on-boarding process to learn every detail of the property, so we can highlight it’s assets and plan for possible pit-falls. We will work with whatever timeline suits your needs.
Optional: Home Setup
We source all non-consumables and stock them in the home, install a Ring doorbell and a smart lock, coordinate any needed repairs such as touch-up painting or appliance servicing, and provide on-site help as needed.
Optional: Interior Design
We provide consultation on the home's overall aesthetic, including theme and/or color scheme, select furniture as needed, source home décor and accents, keep things on budget with itemized receipts, and handle installation and set-up as needed.
Optional: Remodel
We create a cohesive design from top to bottom, provide the best full materials bid including labor costs, handle the selection and sourcing of materials, and offer full project management of trusted local vendors for a relaxing, hands-off process, all with itemized billing for complete cost visibility.
