We purchase all non consumables, not including furniture, and set-up the home to be market ready. We will also coordinate repairs and handyman services if needed.
Home Set-Up
We help you come up with a cohesive theme and color scheme for the entire property, then purchase any or all of the furniture, home décor and accents to bring it to life.
Interior Design
Does your property need updating? We’ll select all materials and manage all construction projects with our extensive list of vetted vendors to make your home fresh and ready for guests.
Remodel
If you’d like a fully hands-off approach we do packages 1-3 together. You hand us the keys and the details and get back a beautifully updated and fully stocked vacation rental.
