The space

This bright and cozy escape is set up for an easy, comfortable stay while you take in the beauty of the Snoqualmie Valley. Thoughtful design touches and welcoming spaces make it an excellent fit for families or friends who want a peaceful base close to the area's outdoor highlights.

Natural light fills the interior, bringing out the warmth of the hardwood floors and the home's carefully chosen décor. The main level flows in an open layout, connecting a relaxing living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and an inviting dining space—ideal for sharing meals, planning day trips, or settling in after a long hike.

Outside, the deck offers another place to gather, whether for coffee in the crisp morning air or a quiet evening surrounded by Northwest greenery.

When the day winds down, three comfortable bedrooms (one on the main, two on the upper floor) offer plenty of room for everyone to rest and reset before the next adventure.

You'll be staying on a lovely property tucked into the forested foothills outside North Bend, offering a quiet, creekside pocket in the Snoqualmie Valley—an ideal base for everyone looking to explore mountain scenery, fresh air, and a slower pace. The setting is primarily defined by the nearby sounds and views of Boxley Creek, a feature highlighted for this location, including a waterfall directly behind the home that adds to the "Pacific Northwest" atmosphere.

This is a nature-forward stay area: think evergreens, misty mornings, and the steady presence of moving water nearby. The area is often described as a peaceful retreat, making it a strong fit for couples' escapes, unplugged weekends, or anyone looking to trade city noise for creek-and-forest calm.

North Bend is just a stone's throw away, offering a gateway to the town's cafes and essentials while still feeling removed and secluded.

We strongly recommend that you arrive by car, as it will give you greater freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful King County and to venture to Seattle easily. As you already know, there's plenty of parking at the property.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

PETS - If you have brought along a furry companion, please remember to pick up after your pets relieve themselves. Please note that animals are not permitted to be left alone at any time in the rental.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply.

Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.

*You are not permitted to send or receive mail from this address during your stay. Also, we reserve the right to refuse accommodation or demands from rude, disrespectful, and/or discourteous guests. We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.

NO PETS ALLOWED- Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. Please note that these amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels if needed during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
