*Please note that the downstairs bedroom space does not have a separate door, but instead has a workspace in the entry way that leads to the bedroom space.

The middle floor boasts it’s own bedroom with a king bed and a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Overview

The house sits in Admiral, a scenic, walkable West Seattle neighborhood perched on the peninsula's northern bluff, known for big water-and-mountain views and a friendly "urban village" feel. It's an easy base from where you can experience local cafés, parks, and classic Seattle scenery—without staying in the downtown core.

At the heart of the area, Admiral Junction is a compact shopping-and-dining district where you'll find restaurants and stores clustered around California Ave SW. The Admiral Neighborhood Association also highlights the Admiral movie theater as a retro, nautical-themed local landmark worth catching for an evening outing.

For one of West Seattle's most photogenic stops, head to Hamilton Viewpoint Park, which offers "a stunning view of the city, Elliott Bay, the harbor and the Cascade Mountains." It's a simple, memorable place to take skyline photos, breathe in salty air from the Sound, and watch the light change over Seattle.

Admiral is also home to Schmitz Park, described by the neighborhood association as 53 acres of never-cut forest—an atmospheric green escape that feels surprisingly wild for city limits.

If you arrive by car, street parking is available on surrounding streets. You may also park on an angle in front of the garage as long as you do not block the entrance to other homes. If your car is not able to fit without blocking the entrance drive, we advise unloading bags in front of the house first and then finding parking nearby. If you prefer not to drive during your stay, there are numerous convenient and easily accessible transportation options near our home.

EARLY CHECK-INS - Early check-ins are not guaranteed. The booking engine allows you to choose a preferred check in time, but it is up to the host to determine if any time before 4pm (depending on property) is feasible. Please send a message to us to request an early check in if you need to do so. The fee for early check-in is $25 per hour for every hour in advance of the check-in time.

LATE CHECK OUTS - Check out is no later than 11am. Late Check outs must be approved by the host. Late check outs are $50 per hour for each hour beyond the regular 11am check out. If guests stay past the 11am check out time without the host’s approval and without completing payment, guests will be charged for the next night’s stay.

MAINTENANCE - If a maintenance issue arises at the house, we will do our best to correct the issue as quickly as possible. We ask that our guests be patient and understanding with “fix it” requests. Emergency maintenance issues will be corrected before any minor issues. Examples of minor maintenance issues include the following: Failed blinds, curtains, light bulbs, a slow toilet flush, etc.

NO PETS ALLOWED- Our home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking. Anyone found to have brought a pet of any kind onto the property will be fined $500 and asked to remove it immediately.

EVENTS - There are no parties or events allowed at the listing. If the guests throws a party or event, trashes the space, damages the unit, disrespects the property, or has extra guests that are not disclosed/reported in the initial booking, the booking party will be charged a deep cleaning fee which maybe between $500-700. Additionally, a charge for carpet cleaning will also be charged which is dependent on the size of the home.

OUTDOOR AREAS - Please enjoy the outdoor amenities. In consideration of the neighborhood and other neighbors, we require guests to adhere to outdoor quiet hours (no music, loud talking or games). Strict quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am, daily. Failure to adhere to this rule can result in an additional fine of $100 per incident. The fee is charged at the discretion of the hosts.

CLEANING - The home’s cleaning fee is based on a courteous guest (someone that picks up after themselves, puts dishes in the dishwasher, towels in 1 pile, someone that leaves the place as they find it, etc.). This is not a hotel. If the housekeeping crew finds an unreasonable mess or anything is damaged, an additional cleaning fee of $50 per hour will be charged to the guest for each additional hour of cleaning or maintenance required. There is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. This also includes any form of cannabis or vape both inside the residence and in the outdoor spaces. If any smoke debris or smell is identified during or after a guest’s stay, a $500 deep cleaning fee will apply.

Also please ensure that the number of guests matches your reservation as each person generates more to clean. There will be a $50 fine per guest at the property in excess of the reserved number.

We will not hesitate to terminate your stay at our discretion if guests continue to demonstrate such a pattern of communication.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. Please note that these amenities are not unlimited or refillable throughout the stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels if needed during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.
