Tucked on a private cul-de-sac in Woodinville's leafy Hollywood Hill, this home sits on over an acre of mature evergreens on the ridge above the Sammamish River valley — quiet forest above, wine country below.

You're minutes from Washington's most concentrated wine destination: 130+ wineries and tasting rooms across four walkable districts, pouring from nearly every AVA in the state. The Hollywood District is closest, with around 40 tasting rooms plus Chateau Ste. Michelle and its summer concert lawn. DeLille Cellars, Mark Ryan, Novelty Hill-Januik, and Woodinville Whiskey Co. are all a short drive down the hill, with dinner ranging from The Herbfarm's nine-course garden menus to the casual Hollywood Tavern.

Between tastings, the flat, paved Sammamish River Trail runs 10.1 miles from Bothell through Woodinville to Marymoor Park in Redmond, linking riverside parks and the summer concerts at Wilmot Gateway Park.

Redmond and Microsoft are 15 minutes south, downtown Seattle is about 20 miles, and Sea-Tac is roughly 40 minutes.

Here are some places of interest you'll be looking to visit during your stay.

✔ Woodinville Farmers Market (18 min away)
✔ Chateau Ste. Michelle Winery (20 min away)
✔ Woodinville Whiskey Co (20 min away)
✔ Wilmot Gateway Park (20 min away)
✔ JM Cellars (20 min away)
✔ Downtown Seattle (40 min away)
✔ Bellevue (35 min away)
✔ Space Needle (45 min away)

***Distance times are calculated if traveling by car.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer free driveway parking for cars and an RV.

Since wine tasting and driving don't go hand in hand, we recommend the following transportation options:

✔ Woodinville Hop-On Hop-Off Cellar Hopper
✔ Wine Tasting Shuttle
✔ Uber & Lyft

If you are flying in/out of the area, the best way would be at one of the airports below:

✔ King County International Airport (55 min away)
✔ Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (1h away)
